Deconstruction can be characterized by ideas of fragmentation, manipulating the idea of structure’s surfaces. Those shapes which serve to distort and dislocate the elements of architecture started to became the major parts of architecture. It is said that one of the major current in deconstructivist architecture takes inspiration from the Russian constructivist and futurist movements both in graphics and visionary architecture.

Nowadays economic development is one of the attractive growing sectors. Improve the environment of urban context by deconstructing existing construction to play flexibly against started to be concerned as one of the most efficient means to enhance the economical status. Architecture can be seen as a special record of history, using its own language to illustrate the culture, economic, and educational status during certain time period in particular area.

Therefore, the urban context of a city which can be seen as the outcome of deconstruction indicates the achievements in technology, economic, education and culture. Besides, it might also point out the tendency of the culture, such as futurism. By comparing architectures built in the past, in recent years and those tended to show the future, achievements done can be clearly notices as well as the inadequate elements. Their existences not only illustrate the achievements but also engage people continue to move forwards.
